It’s no longer possible to submit abstracts for IPNC 2008

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Instructions for oral presentations:
The meeting room is equipped with a computer and data projector. Please bring your presentation on memory stick or CD-ROM to the meeting room (Rotterdam hall) latest in the break before the start of your session. Technicians will assist you loading your presentation. It is not allowed to use your own laptop. Please make sure your presentation is suitable for IBM PC (no Macintosh).

The conference program is very tight, with not much free time between sessions. Please respect the allotted time for presentation to ensure that your session stays on track. Please reserve 5 minutes for discussion in your presentation.

Instructions for poster presentation:

The poster area is located in the Shipping Hall and Mercurius Hall. You will find the assigned poster numbers on the poster boards. Your material can be attached to the poster panel with pins supplied by the conference organisers.

Posters should be PORTRAIT STYLE. The maximum size of the poster is: HEIGHT 120cm, WIDTH 90 cm. Your poster can be attached to the poster panel using pins.

Poster mounting:

Please mount your poster before the end of the coffee break on Monday September 8th. You will find the assigned poster number on the poster boards.

Poster removal:

Posters removal is permitted after 12:00 hrs on Friday, September 12th (after the end of the program). Posters that have not been removed by the author by 13:00 hrs on Friday, September 12th, will be removed and disposed of by the conference staff.

Poster-walk session

There are two poster sessions scheduled:

Poster session 1: Tuesday September 9th, 19:30 - 21:00 hrs: ODD posternumbers

Poster session 2: Tuesday September 9th, 21:00 - 22:30 hrs: EVEN posternumbers

Authors should be present at their poster during the assigned poster session.
