Tours Wednesday 10 September:

On Wednesday 10 September we offer you the possibility to discover an other part of The Netherlands by joining an organised excursion.
All tours depart from the Beurs-WTC building with a private coach and a professional English speaking guide. Reservations can be made together with the congress registration.  

We offer the following tours:

·         ½ day Amsterdam city tour including canal cruise

·         ½ day Delft & The Hague: let’s meet the Royals!

 Please note: Minimum number of 20 participants per tour is required.

Rates per person:
½ day Amsterdam city tour including canal cruise - EUR 75
½ day Delft & The Hague: let’s meet the Royals! - EUR 75

Conditions of Reservation:
- Reservation deadline is 1 month prior to the excursion date.
- Payment is only possible by credit card.

Conditions of Cancellation:

• Only written cancellations will be accepted. The date on which we receive your written cancellation will be considered the date of cancellation
• Cancellations within 1 month of the excursion date are non refundable.
• Congress Care reserves the right to cancel the excursions in case the minimum number of participants of 20 per coach is not reached. In this case a full refund will be given.

Conditions of Payment:

• 1 month before the excursion date the full amount of excursions as indicated on your confirmation will be charged to your credit card.
